Integration: Slack

Once you integrate Slack with GoodFlow, you can individually configure which notifications you want to receive for each workflow. To integrate -

  1. Go to a workflow settings (Only workflow admins can view this tab) and click on Integration.
  2. You will see 'Slack' in the list. Click on 'Add' button


  3. You can then just proceed to connect your slack workspace with GoodFlow. This is a one time process, from next time you will only have to configure alerts for the choice of your workflows.
  4. Once connected, now you can just configure to which Slack channel, for which type of events you want to send notifications.


  5. Now for same workflow, you want to send different notifications to different channels, we got you covered.
    a) First create notifications for one channel.
    b) Then you will be able to add another Slack alert for another channel



Once you integrate Slack with GoodFlow, you can receive notifications from Perform activities like "New Performs", "Tasks done" on your Slack channels.
