How to create task order inside a stage
How Supportive task order works : If you define task 1 and task 2 as supportive tasks of task 3, then until a performer marks task 1 and task 2 as 'done' , task 3 can't be marked as 'done' .
To create order in the tasks, you must have admin rights to that workflow. If you have it, you can see 'Edit Flow' button at the top right section when you click on the workflow. Click on it. Now -
- Click on the task, under which you want to create task order.
- In the middle panel you will see an option 'Supportive tasks', Click on 'Add another' and a dropdown will appear where you can choose a task which if selected, will be marked as supportive task of the currently selected task.
- Similarly, you can add another tasks as supportive task of the selected task.
